Central Square, Newcastle

Since its completion in 2000, our design for this Newcastle roof garden, on a speculative new office building by Carey Jones Architects, has been a helpful selling point for current tenants. Designed to fit BREEAM environmental guidelines, for low maintenance. Bold lines of alternating buxus and lavender cubes, edged with stainless steel trims surrounded by gravel. The design culminates in 1.5-meter high topiary ziggurats.
